JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 Emergency crews were on the scene of a vehicle fire on I-295 North on the city\u2019s Westside Tuesday afternoon. <\/p>\n
As of 3:20 p.m., all northbound lanes were blocked between US-1 and Pritchard Road. <\/p>\n
All lanes reopened around 5 p.m., but crews later closed the right lane again, causing backups. <\/p>\n
Traffic was flowing smoothly by 6:20 p.m. <\/p>\n
