ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 10, 2026) \u2014\u00a0Orlando City SC today unveiled the\u00a0Sunken Treasure Kit, presented by Orlando Health, the Club\u2019s new community kit through the 2027-28 Major League Soccer season.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Sunken Treasure Kit draws inspiration from the legend, mystery and enduring allure of Florida\u2019s Treasure Coast, a region known for stories of lost gold and shipwrecked riches. Stretching along Florida\u2019s east coast, the area takes its name from the legendary\u00a01715 Treasure Fleet, a convoy carrying New World wealth back to Spain before a hurricane sank 11 of its 12 ships. Millions of dollars in gold, silver and jewels have been recovered from the wrecks since the 1960s, and coins still occasionally wash ashore today. That sense of history, discovery and lingering mystery anchors the Sunken Treasure Kit\u2019s identity.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The release of the Sunken Treasure Kit marks the first time in club history that Orlando City will wear a primarily gold kit, its design symbolizing the gleam of the treasure carried by the fleet and the shimmer of discovery beneath the waves. Deep purple accents and touches of white evoke the contrast of sunlight breaking through water, highlighting the beauty and intrigue of what lies below the surface. Sweeping ships and a tonal lion motif stretch across the jersey, inspired by the carved figureheads that once guided vessels across the Atlantic, serving as a symbol of protection, strength and the Club\u2019s identity as the Lions.<\/p>\n
On the back of the neck, a\u00a0coin inspired by Spain\u2019s historic gold doubloons\u00a0bears the inscription,\u00a0\u201cThe treasure is the memories we make.\u201d\u00a0At the front hem, a\u00a0nautical compass jock tag\u00a0reads,\u00a0\u201cOur anchors we will weigh, our sails we will set,\u00a090 minutes\u00a0with our City family we shall never forget.\u201d\u00a0Both details draw from the seafaring culture of the Age of Exploration and the Age of Sail. The compass wording also mirrors the cadence and sentiment of the traditional sea shanty\u00a0\u201cGood\u2011Bye, Fare Ye Well,\u201d\u00a0once used by sailors to lift morale as ships embarked on long voyages.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Orlando Health\u00a0returns as the jersey\u2019s presenting partner, continuing a relationship that began in 2011 during Orlando City\u2019s first season in the City Beautiful.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The Sunken Treasure Kit is now available on MLSStore.com and OCMobileShop.com, with in\u2011person pickup at The Den at\u00a0Inter&Co\u00a0Stadium beginning\u00a0Wednesday, Feb.\u00a011\u00a0during regular business hours. Fans will have their first opportunity to\u00a0purchase\u00a0the kit at the Club\u2019s official Jersey Launch, presented by Orlando Health, tonight\u2014Tuesday, Feb. 10\u2014at\u00a0The Final Whistle at Thornton Park Pub<\/a>. The celebration will kick off at 6 p.m. ET and feature live music, activations, giveaways, player drop\u2011ins and an appearance from Kingston. Attendees who purchase the jersey at the event tonight will receive an exclusive CITYiD patch, along with a limited-edition coin inspired by the kit, one of five exclusive designs that are part of a season-long campaign and unlock additional “treasure” later in the season.
