Along with the suspension, the office was charged $3,440 in Department of Health case costs.<\/p>\n<p>The online license entry says the office is <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/mqa-internet.doh.state.fl.us\/MQASearchServices\/HealthcareProviders\/LicenseVerification?LicInd=1453&amp;Procde=1514&amp;org=Delisa+Skeete+Henry%2C+MD%2C+LLC&amp;dba=Serene+Health+OB%2FGYN+and+Wellness\">licensed to do \u201csurgery<\/a> with moderate and conscious sedation.\u201d Serene Health\u2019s website says it <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.toplinemd.com\/serene-health-obgyn-and-wellness\/vaginal-rejuvenation\/\">offers vaginal rejuvenation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the settlement agreement, officially, Skeete Henry neither admits nor denies the following accusations from a Nov. 28, 2023 inspection.<\/p>\n<p>The office lacked an end tidal CO2 detection device. \u201c<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"Follow nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ummhealth.org\/health-library\/end-tidal-carbon-dioxide-monitoring\">ETCO2 monitors give continuous,<\/a> real-time details about how a person is breathing,\u201d University of Massachusetts Memorial Health says. \u201cThey analyze each breath you take. The devices can show if breathing becomes fast, slow, or shallow. They provide an early warning if you are starting to have trouble breathing.
