{"id":151860,"date":"2026-02-11T18:05:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-11T18:05:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/151860\/"},"modified":"2026-02-11T18:05:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-11T18:05:49","slug":"pinellas-park-officials-approve-golf-carts-ordinance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/151860\/","title":{"rendered":"Pinellas Park officials approve golf carts ordinance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. &#8212; Pinellas Park leaders have passed a new ordinance defining where you can and cannot drive golf carts.<\/p>\n<p>It was a unanimous vote at Tuesday\u2019s city council meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The new guidelines allow you to drive golf carts on public streets and roads that are regulated by the city.<\/p>\n<p>They also ban golf carts on county and state roads, including a few of the area\u2019s busiest highways.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo crossing on US-19,\u201d said Mayor Sandra Bradbury, announcing the not allowed roads. \u201cNo crossing on 66th Street which is a state road. No crossing on Park Boulevard which is a state road.
