JACKSONVILLE, Ala. (WBRC<\/a>) – Authorities with the Jacksonville Police Department say two people are in custody after a man missing from Jacksonville was found dead.<\/p>\n

\"51-year-old51-year-old Patrick Slade Boothe(Jacksonville Police Department)<\/p>\n

Authorities said 51-year-old Patrick Slade Boothe<\/a> was found dead Wednesday, Feb. 4.<\/p>\n

Authorities say Tiffani Renee Nichol and Jesse Austin Heald are being held in the Talladega County Jail. Heald is charged with one count of capital murder and two counts of first-degree robbery. Nichol is charged with one count of murder and two counts of first-degree robbery.<\/p>\n

Chief Wood says because of the nature of the case and investigation, no more information can be released at this time.<\/p>\n
