The loan was secured through Interaudi Bank, a New York-based financial institution active in commercial real estate lending nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>According to the developer, the refinancing restructures the hotel\u2019s long-term capital stack and provides additional flexibility for potential future development on excess land at the site. The hotel is also located near the future stadium and training complex for Inter Miami CF, which is expected to begin hosting matches in April 2026.
