Inside is a grand ballroom with coffered beams, plaster walls and two crystal chandeliers; a chef\u2019s kitchen with dual pantries and a commercial gas range; a second kitchen for hosting banquets, parties and events; and an entertainment wing with an eight-seat theater, a retractable screen and surround sound.<\/p>\n<p>The primary suite features a sitting area, two walk-in closets, plantation shutters and a marble-wrapped bath with dual vanities and a 140-square-foot walk-in shower. All of the guest bedrooms include an ensuite bath.<\/p>\n<p>Outside is a Pebble Tec pool, a kitchen with a gas grill and sink, irrigated raised garden beds and a covered breezeway that connects to a separate building with a garage, gym area and a one-bedroom\/one-bathroom apartment.<\/p>\n<p>The seller, represented by Martha Thorn with Coldwell Banker Realty, purchased the property in 2019 for $1.25 million. Photo: Homes.com.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0Clearwater waterfront cottage for under $1M<\/p>\n<p>A century-old three-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage, situated on Old Clearwater Bay at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homes.com\/property\/1742-sunset-dr-clearwater-fl\/42451gtm7d102\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">1742 Sunset Dr.<\/a>, Clearwater, has listed for $980,000.<\/p>\n<p>The one-story ranch-style property was built in 1926 and offers 1,610 square feet of living space on a 0.22-acre lot. Also included is a 268-square-foot detached garage.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights include a vaulted living room ceiling with open beams, a fireplace, a privacy gate and fence, a new entryway and a back porch with ceiling fans for sunset viewing. Photo: Loopnet.com.<\/p>\n<p>Clearwater waterfront motel properties for sale<\/p>\n<p>Two Clearwater waterfront properties, both with motel buildings spanning across multiple parcels of land, have entered the market for $7.9 million each.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/629-Bay-Esplanade-Clearwater-FL\/39389127\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">629-637 Bay Esplanade<\/a> is a 21-unit multi-building property spread over four-parcels. Included are two 0.16-acre lots, one with a 2,778-square-foot one-story structure built in 1957 and the other with a 1,776-square-foot one-story structure built in 1956; one 0.33-acre lot with two one-story structures totaling 4,896 square feet, built in 1957 and 1968; and one 0.29-acre parcel of submerged land.<\/p>\n<p>The property features 198 feet of waterfrontage and 25 off-street parking space. It can be redeveloped for 14 condominiums, 36 hotel rooms or kept as a motel.\u00a0 The seller purchased the four parcels, currently under the registered name Sea Side on Esplanade, LLC, in 2012 for $1.39 million.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/50-Royal-Way-Clearwater-FL\/39386042\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">50 Royal Way<\/a> is also a 21-unit motel spread across three parcels, including one 0.23-acre lot with a 7,724-square-foot two-story structure built in 1958, one 0.12-acre lot with a 2,400-square-foot two-story structure built in 1957, and one 0.12-acre lot with a 1,696-square-foot one-story structure built in 1952.<\/p>\n<p>The property includes 25 off-street parking spaces, a pool, two docks and 107 feet of waterfrontage. This property can be kept as a motel or also redeveloped for 14 condominiums or 36 hotel rooms. Photo: Realty.com.<\/p>\n<p>Largo Feed and Animal Supply property sells<\/p>\n<p>Property occupied by Largo Feed and Animal Supply, at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realty.com\/commercial-listings\/1051746209\/206-W-Bay-Drive-Largo-FL-33770\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">206 W. Bay Drive<\/a>, Largo, sold Feb. 10 for $1.08 million \u2013 $125,000 less than the list price of $1.2 million last November.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 1926, the two-story structure, with 9,386 square feet on the ground level and 2,620 square feet of office space upstairs, is situated on a 0.45-acre parcel of land.<\/p>\n<p>In the rear of the property is a private parking lot and a loading dock that is convenient for deliveries, operations and customer access. Street parking in front is also available.<\/p>\n<p>The feed and supply store was leasing the building from the owner and founder of the business, who purchased the property in 1992 for $239,100.<\/p>\n<p>The purchaser, Sagamore Real Estate, is a Clearwater real estate investment firm owned by Sagamore Holdings. Photo: Crexi.com.<\/p>\n<p>Old Northeast apartment building lists<\/p>\n<p>A five-unit apartment building with an address at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crexi.com\/properties\/2348798\/florida-old-northeast-5-unit-apartment-building-for-sale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">1121 Beach Drive N.E.<\/a>, in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, has listed for $1.5 million.<\/p>\n<p>The two-story, 4,940 gross square-foot multi-family structure was built in 1953 and is situated on a non-flood zone corner quarter-acre lot one block from North Shore Park and Tampa Bay.<\/p>\n<p>The building comprises four one-bedroom\/one-bathroom units, each approximately 500 square feet; and one 1,000-square-foot two-bedroom\/two-bathroom unit. One apartment is vacant, three are leased on a month-to-month basis and one has a year-long lease set to expire the end of November.<\/p>\n<p>Also included is a one-car garage with laundry facilities and four carport spaces, along with off-street parking. An active license for five units is in place and the RM-15 zoning district does not permit vacation rentals. Photo: Loopnet.com.<\/p>\n<p>Four-building manufacturing warehouse sells<\/p>\n<p>The sale of a four-building industrial warehouse property owned and occupied by Americas Vending Depot at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loopnet.com\/Listing\/13750-N-49th-St-Clearwater-FL\/34175157\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">13750 49th Street N.<\/a>, Clearwater closed Feb. 6 for $2.5 million. The listing was first introduced in December, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The four structures, built in 1967, 1974, 1987 and 1990, are situated on a 0.91-acre plot of land. Together they comprise 16,247 gross square feet, including 14,650 square feet of warehouse space, 850 square feet of office space and a 747-square-foot loading area. Buildings range in size from 2,500 to 6,996 gross square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights include two exterior roll-up doors, a loading dock with a dock-level door, two interior roll-up doors, a sliding door, security camera coverage throughout the entire property and an income-producing large billboard.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Nowak, CEO of Americas Vending Depot, purchased the property in 2017 for $600,000. Clearwater\u2019s Joe Pinkert, founder of Apex Plumbing, made the purchase under the registered name Yoga Joe 1945, LLC.
