JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 5AM: An active SWAT situation has closed a Jacksonville roadway Friday morning. Roosevelt Boulevard from Plymouth Street to Edgewood Avenue is closed due to police activity, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n
