LOFTY Brickell<\/a> and The Standard Residences, Brickell<\/a>, the\u00a0twin\u00a0condominium towers at One Brickell Riverfront,\u00a0were recently topped off.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Construction\u00a0remains\u00a0months ahead of schedule, and both towers are on track for delivery in August 2027, according to development partners Newgard Group and Two Roads Development.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The\u00a0architecturally distinct buildings share\u00a0the same podium\u00a0at\u00a099 SW Seventh St. along the Miami River\u00a0in Brickell.\u00a0<\/p>\n

LOFTY Brickell is a 44-story tower with 362 fully furnished residences, while\u00a0The Standard\u00a0Residences\u00a0will\u00a0offer\u00a0422\u00a0homes\u00a0over 46 stories.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

LOFTY Brickell will feature studio, one- and two-bedroom residences and penthouses furnished by INC. Its 40,000 square feet of amenities include a private marina, resort-style pool deck, fitness center, spa, cigar lounge and co-working spaces.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to the project\u2019s backers, a limited amount of penthouses remain available for sale, with prices ranging from $2.4 to $3.5 million. Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales and marketing partner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Standard\u00a0Residences\u00a0will\u00a0offer studios, one-bedrooms\u00a0and two-bedrooms\u00a0with\u00a0interiors designed by\u00a0GOODRICH. Prices start in the mid-$600,000s. ONE Sotheby\u2019s International Realty is leading sales.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n

Amenities include a rooftop pool with beverage and towel service, The Standard Club Lounge and Caf\u00e9, co-working\u00a0spaces,\u00a0a 10th-floor spa,\u00a0fitness center, bowling alley,\u00a0lounge, pet spa,\u00a0screening\u00a0room\u00a0and\u00a0restaurants\u00a0on the ninth floor and\u00a0on the\u00a0riverfront.\u00a0<\/p>\n
