Designed by Garcia Stromberg with interiors by Dan Fink Studio, the boutique project will comprise 83 private residences positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Plans call for a limited collection of two- and three-bedroom homes with dens, ranging from approximately 1,550 to 3,480 square feet, and six penthouses with ceiling heights up to 11 feet. Kitchens are planned with Shaker-style cabinetry and integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Residences will also feature European-style solid-core doors, walk-in closets within primary suites, freestanding soaking tubs, Waterworks fixtures, custom built-ins, and full-size vented washers and dryers. Select units will offer private elevator lobbies with separate service elevators.
