\u2022 I am ticked off that I called my doctor\u2019s office first in December and then again on Tuesday after they canceled my appointment because the doctor was ill. They have never returned any of my calls. When you call them, they pick up and say they\u2019re going to put you on a short hold, which either turns into 10 minutes and then you get disconnected, or when you call back you hang on for another 10 minutes only to be sent to voicemail and never called back. I would just like to let your office know that I have found a new doctor.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Orange County employees need an attitude adjustment. How rude. They either won\u2019t help people while on the phone with them and direct them to \u201cdo it yourself online,\u201d slam the phone down or don\u2019t answer the phones. Mailboxes are always full. A robot seems like a better option for taxpayers.<\/p>\n
