True love never gets old \u2014 especially for 102-year-old WWII vet Harold Terens and his 98-year-old bride, Jeanne Swerlin.<\/p>\n

The lovebirds, who tied the knot in 2024 and still gush that they feel like teenagers together, had some Valentine\u2019s Day advice for the lovelorn<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cNever give up.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s never too late to find love, especially a great love \u2014 look at us,\u201d Swerlin, a New York native who lives in Florida, told The Post. \u201cYou have to be open \u2014 love will find you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Terens is among the last of the Greatest Generation, surviving a series of harrowing series of close calls during the war. After enlisting in 1942, he served as a radio repair technician in Great\u00a0Britain attached to a P-47 Thunderbolt fighter squadron.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He went on to repair planes on D-Day<\/a>, returning from France to survive a secret mission that led to a robbery that left him naked in the desert of Tehran and fearing death until he was miraculously rescued by an American military police patrol.<\/p>\n

The native New Yorker \u2014 who lost his first wife of 70 years in\u00a02018 \u2014 declared he\u2019s grateful \u201cfor every day I\u2019m alive,\u201d and swore he never looked at another woman until he met Swerlin. <\/p>\n

The two were set up on a blind date in 2021 and the nonagenarian became instantly smitten.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the greatest love I\u2019ve ever known, by far,\u201d said a vibrant Terens, who\u2019s written a book, \u201cTomorrow Will be the Best Day of my Life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Life was \u201cbeyond remarkable,\u201d even before Terens met his plucky bride.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cMy whole life changed. It went in a totally different direction,\u201d he said, adding in French, \u201cI regret nothing.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll the adjectives in the world can\u2019t describe how I feel about her.\u201d<\/p>\n

The feeling is mutual.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe always tells me, \u2018I don\u2019t know how I ever lived without you,\u2019\u201d said the youthful-looking bride.<\/p>\n

The canoodling couple, who say they can\u2019t keep their hands off each other, recalled their magical wedding day.<\/p>\n

The extraordinary couple said they\u2019ve never experienced so powerful a connection.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe day of our wedding is the greatest day I\u2019ve ever experienced in 102 years of life,\u201d Terens said of his June 2024\u00a0Normandy beach-area wedding<\/a>\u00a0that had thousands of well-wishers cheering them on.<\/p>\n

Terens, who plans to be bar mitzvahed this year, said finding life-changing love is about sticking to the basics. <\/p>\n

\u201cRemember why you fell in love with a person, and don\u2019t try to change them,\u201d said Terens, who still drives and meditates daily.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Yet there\u2019s another secret ingredient to their passionate romance:\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThe best secret about a successful love affair and marriage is that we don\u2019t live together,\u201d\u00a0quipped Terens,\u00a0who maintains a home 30 minutes from his\u00a0his sweetheart\u00a0in south Florida, where they see each other\u00a0about four days a week. \u201cWe live happily ever after.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

As for Valentine\u2019s Day, he surprised his wife with two dozen\u00a0pink\u00a0roses with a love letter attached.<\/p>\n
