There were no reports of significant injuries, and a person was in custody, the spokesperson said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The incident happened just north of the Hillsborough Public School District headquarters and south of the Hillsborough County Courthouse Annex.
