Andreas Visilias is seeing double.<\/p>\n

At least when it comes to Slipaway Food Truck Park<\/a>, that is.<\/p>\n

As of last month, Visilias now has two food trucks back-to-back at Cape Coral\u2019s first and only food truck park.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were going to events, company, condos (with the newly added food truck),\u201d he said. \u201cThen it came up that somebody was leaving here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Visilias\u2019 Street Wok food truck filled the spot vacated by Chop It Up<\/a> (more on that in a minute), adding Asian food to the already diverse Slipaway lineup.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople seem happy to have our truck inside here,\u201d Visilias said. \u201cThey\u2019ve been happy with our food, happy with the flavors. We do it all from scratch, from our recipes.\u201d<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll find it to the left upon entering Slipaway from the main entrance, parked between Philly Express and Lobster Chef.<\/p>\n

Visilias, who also owns that latter truck, is no stranger to food truck parks.<\/p>\n

\"Street<\/p>\n

Street Wok is the newest addition to Slipaway Food Truck Park in Cape Coral.<\/p>\n

The Greece native also owns Gyros 2 Go and another Lobster Chef at Backyard Social in Fort Myers<\/a> and, until a year ago, had a Gyros 2 Go truck at Celebration Park in Naples.<\/p>\n

And when the extra space at Slipaway opened up, it was too good for him to pass up.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is one of the best (food truck parks) around,\u201d Visilias said. \u201cIt\u2019s new. It\u2019s by the water. There\u2019s a big community here that was looking for something like this. They\u2019re happy to have this here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Asian favorites on the menu\"Mongolian<\/p>\n

Mongolian beef is a best-seller at Street Wok, located at Slipaway Food Truck Park in Cape Coral.<\/p>\n

And so far, they\u2019ve been loving the best-selling crab rangoon with a sweet chili sauce from the appetizers and the Mongolian beef \u2014 served with lo mein, or jasmine or fried rice \u2014 from the entrees.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll also find egg rolls, bao bun (pork belly or fried chicken), dumplings, General Tso\u2019s chicken (Visilias\u2019 favorite), tonkotsu ramen, orange chicken and pork belly Korean BBQ on the menu. Sides include fried rice, lo mein and jasmine steamed rice.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverything is made fresh,\u201d Visilias said. \u201cWe don\u2019t buy anything already made.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Street Wok is anchored at Slipaway for a year-plus, Visilias is always planning more.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s always a plan for another truck,\u201d he said. \u201cMaybe a taco truck somewhere next.\u201d<\/p>\n

What happened to the previous food truck?<\/p>\n

When Corrina Hohl and Evan Cassell pulled Chop It Up out of Slipaway on Jan. 1, they figured they would get back on the road with it. And while that\u2019s still the plan, they took a detour.<\/p>\n

Street Wok has appetizers and entrees on its menu at Slipaway Food Truck Park in Cape Coral.<\/p>\n

The couple opened Chop It Up Sandwiches, their first brick-and-mortar, on Saturday, Jan. 31.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s tucked away inside a corner of Oasis Outdoors (previously Sunflower Market) off Hancock Bridge Parkway in North Fort Myers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There you\u2019ll find the same sandwiches with a twist\u00a0\u2014 crafted by combining all the ingredients, chopping them into small pieces, and then placing everything into the bread or wrap \u2014 plus more salads and hot sandwiches, too.<\/p>\n
