The two-tower development is planned for 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard at the gateway to the Miami Design District. The project is being developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, with architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Rockwell Group, landscape architecture by Enea, and sales led by ISG World. Completion is slated for the fourth quarter of 2029.<\/p>\n<p>The development will comprise 132 private residences across two 20-story towers, along with six townhomes and 17 guest suites available exclusively for purchase by residents. Units will range from two to four bedrooms, with interior living areas measuring approximately 2,100 to 3,100 square feet and total living areas of up to 3,700 square feet. Expansive terraces are planned to provide views of Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline. Planned wellness features include a fitness center, spa and recovery zones, lap pool, cold plunge, infrared and steam saunas, and outdoor training areas. Social programming will include a restaurant with terrace seating, dining salons, a library with wine and game lounges, a screening room, and golf and Formula 1 simulator rooms. Family-oriented amenities will include children\u2019s playrooms, splash pads, shaded play areas, and a padel court. The announcement marks the brand\u2019s first residential development in the United States as it expands its global portfolio of branded residences.<\/p>\n<p>The project site occupies a prominent position along Biscayne Boulevard just west of the Miami Design District, one of the city\u2019s primary luxury retail and cultural corridors.
