Four minors were wounded in a Sunday afternoon shooting outside of a Parramore soul food restaurant, in what police suspect was a shootout between teens, Orlando Police said in a news release.<\/p>\n
Orlando Police officers responded to Sister Soul Food just before 1 p.m. Sunday, and found four teens wounded by gunfire. One of them had a life-threatening injury, and the other three had non-life-threatening injuries, the agency said in a news release Monday.<\/p>\n
\u201cPreliminary investigation indicates the incident stemmed from a dispute involving other juveniles. Detectives are actively working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting,\u201d the release states.<\/p>\n
OPD didn\u2019t say if it had made any arrests or identified suspects.<\/p>\n
Earline Robinson, who owns the popular restaurant, posted on Facebook that she was praying for those who were injured.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhile we do not yet know the full details surrounding what happened, we do not condone any acts of violence,\u201d she wrote. \u201cWe stand in support of peace and unity within our community and hope that we can come together to put an end to violence.\u201d<\/p>\n
District 5 City Commissioner Shan Rose said in a statement that youth violence \u201cis heartbreaking and unacceptable.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAs a community, we must continue working together\u2014parents, educators, faith leaders, and community partners\u2014to create safe spaces, provide mentorship, and ensure our young people have positive outlets and support systems,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n
