HEADING INTO THE BACK TO WORK BACK TO SCHOOL ROUTINE. LOOKING AHEAD THOUGH, THE SEVEN-DAY FORECAST DOES HAVE A FEW SHOWERS IN THERE ON SUNDAY. I WOULD ADD, THOUGH, THAT AS FAR AS THE MODELS GO, WHICH IS ABOUT 15 OR SO DAYS, THAT\u2019S THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR RAINFALL. SO FIRE DANGER IS A THING, BUT THIS IS ASSOCIATED WITH A COLD FRONT. SO WITH DROPPING TEMPERATURES ON MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THERE\u2019S ALSO AN EVEN BIGGER CONCERN FOR TODAY. THE ONLY CONCERN REALLY WHEN IT COMES TO THE WILDFIRES IS GOING TO BE THE DRY SOIL, GRASS, VEGETATION. HUMIDITY IS OKAY. NOT LOOKING AT WIND GUSTS, NOT LOOKING AT LIGHTNING. HOWEVER, ONCE WE GET THIS COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH. YES, THE MODEL DOES SHOW A FEW SHOWERS WORKING IN KIND OF MIDDAY ON SUNDAY AND THEN MOVING OUT, BUT IT\u2019S LESS THAN A HALF OF AN INCH OF RAINFALL, SO IT\u2019S NOT MUCH, WHICH MEANS LOOKING AHEAD MONDAY THE HUMIDITY DROPS, THE WINDS PICK UP, AND THIS REALLY SETS THE STAGE FOR A VERY DIFFICULT FIRE DANGER THREAT COME MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OF NEXT WEEK. SO THINK BACK TO SUNDAY AND ALL OF THE SMOKE PLUMES WE SAW. THAT\u2019S GOING TO BE ANOTHER ISSUE COME EARLY NEXT WEEK. SO JUST KEEP THAT IN MIND. LOOK AT SATURDAY AFTERNOON. WE\u2019RE INTO THE UPPER 80S. SO WE DO BRING THE TEMPERATURES UP BEFORE THE COLD FRONT ARRIVES. KIND OF A NICE SOUTHERLY WIND HERE THESE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.
