Here\u2019s what\u2019s in store.<\/p>\n<p>2620 Residences is set to measure 27 stories above grade and comprise 525 residences: 310 market-rate apartments and 215 workforce housing units. The latter units would be reserved for households earning at or below 120 percent of the area median income; Broward County\u2019s median household income is just over $89,000. Amenities would include a swimming pool and lounge area, along with more than 20,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-38145\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Screenshot-2026-02-16-at-10.41.42-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"984\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The two developments are about a 10-minute drive from one another. Image from Google Maps<\/p>\n<p>910 Residences, which <a href=\"https:\/\/floridiandevelopment.com\/insite-group-moves-forward-on-two-new-live-local-act-projects-2620-and-910-residences\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Floridian Development<\/a> describes as \u201cadvancing ahead of 2620 Residences,\u201d would offer 520 units: 312 market-rate units and 208 workforce housing units. The building would measure 393 feet at its highest point.<\/p>\n<p>While our sources did not share conceptual renderings of 910 Residences, its design is expected to reflect other projects in Insite Group\u2019s portfolio.
