The project marks the debut of the developer\u2019s House of Wellness brand and is entering its pre-construction phase as sales begin. Architecture is led by Studio MC+G Architecture, with interior design by Urban Robot Associates. The building will be professionally operated and managed by North Management, with exclusive sales and marketing led by Fortune Development Sales.<\/p>\n<p>Rising 34 stories, the tower will house 656 condominium residences across a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Pricing is expected to begin at approximately $390,000.
