TCSO, U.S. Marshals arrest wanted Tallahassee man<\/p>\n

THOMASVILLE \u2014 Thomas County Narcotics Agents and Thomas County Sheriff\u2019s Office Deputies recently assisted the United States Marshals Service with the arrest of Tavoris Morris, who was wanted out of Tallahassee.<\/p>\n
The U.S. Marshals Service had tracked Morris and found him to be traveling in a vehicle driven by Davontae Clark, also of Tallahassee.<\/p>\n
They then attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Clark\u2019s vehicle, while Morris was alongside him, and Clark fled toward Thomasville, traveling down Mefcalf Rd.<\/p>\n
When Clark arrived at a red light in Thomasville, agents boxed in his vehicle to prevent him from further fleeing.<\/p>\n
As TCSO Deputies detained Clark and Morris, an aerial surveillance team, who had been following along the chase, alerted that a black backpack had been thrown out the window.<\/p>\n
Thomas County Narcotics Agents then backtracked the route and recovered the backpack, which contained approximately 16 ounces of Alpha- PVP, commonly known as Mollie, eight ounces of Cocaine, packaging materials, and digital scales. Additionally, a total of $2,642 in U.S. currency was found in the backpack.<\/p>\n
