Swanky Mediterranean is now on the menu at SkyBeach Resort<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The January opening of Luma (stylized in all caps) marked the south St. Petersburg hotel\u2019s third culinary concept since its 2024 relaunch.<\/p>\n

Alongside SkyBar + Grille and Paradeco Coffee Roasters<\/a>, the restaurant occupies a waterfront space designed to serve resort guests, visitors and locals alike.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Luma\u2019s menu centers on shareable Mediterranean fare with Gulf Coast influences. Offerings include house-made breads and spreads as part of a mezze program, Florida Gulf ceviche, gambas al ajillo, watermelon and feta, whole roasted fish and fire-grilled skewers, positioning the restaurant for both casual and full-service dining.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Ryan VanDusen, who has held leadership roles at Soho House Chicago and the Don CeSar.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The drink menu includes cocktails with Mediterranean herbs, citrus and spices. The restaurant also introduced a weekly Friday night DJ in the lounge and offers dock-and-dine access through the SkyBeach Marina.<\/p>\n

Luma<\/a> is open 5 p.m.-10 p.m. Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday; 5 p.m.- 11 p.m. Friday-Saturday and closed Monday and Tuesday.<\/p>\n
