Ramping up<\/p>\n

Clay Holmes threw three innings of live batting practice Tuesday as part of his accelerated buildup for next month\u2019s World Baseball Classic. <\/p>\n

The right-hander will pitch for Team USA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Freddy\u2019s work<\/p>\n

Freddy Peralta threw two innings in the same live batting practice session as Holmes.<\/p>\n

Caught my eye<\/p>\n

Francisco Lindor stood next to Marcus Semien during a fielding drill and received flips to his right hand. <\/p>\n

Lindor underwent hamate bone surgery<\/a> on his left hand last week and is dealing with a recovery that has left him questionable for Opening Day.<\/p>\n
