<\/p>\nPalantir Technology Inc.\u00a0appears to be scrapping\u00a0its plans for a new headquarters in Cherry Creek, Colorado, and instead relocating to Miami.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday morning, the publicly traded software company\u00a0decided to skip the formalities and announced on X that it would\u00a0relocate its headquarters to Miami.\u00a0<\/p>\n
We have moved our headquarters to Miami, Florida.<\/p>\n
\u2014 Palantir (@PalantirTech) February 17, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n While the exact location of the new office hasn’t been announced, the company lists an Industrious coworking<\/a> office at 19505 Biscayne Blvd. in Aventura as its \u201cprincipal executive offices,\u201d according to a December filing<\/a> with the Securities and Exchange Commission.<\/p>\n In 2020, Palantir\u00a0relocated its headquarters from Silicon Valley<\/a> to Denver. In September, news broke that it would\u00a0build\u00a0a more than 11K SF office for its new headquarters in Cherry Creek<\/a>, according to\u00a0The Denver Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n The building’s landlord, Sagard Real Estate<\/a>, did not immediately respond to Bisnow’s\u00a0request for comment on the future of the Cherry Creek space.<\/p>\n Although Miami\u00a0will be new territory for the S&P 500 company, its chairman, Peter Thiel, has had personal ties to the Magic City since the start of the pandemic.<\/p>\n Thiel has owned a mansion in Miami Beach since 2020, Bloomberg reported<\/a>. San Francisco-based Founders Fund, a venture capital firm Thiel co-founded, and his Los Angeles-based private investment firm, Thiel Capital, both have Miami offices, Bloomberg reported.<\/p>\n Palantir, which builds software platforms\u00a0that enable organizations to integrate and analyze datasets for operations,\u00a0is making the move amid renewed\u00a0investment in bringing out-of-state executives to South Florida.<\/p>\n Miami Dolphins owner and Related Ross<\/a> CEO Stephen Ross<\/a> partnered with Citadel<\/a> CEO Ken Griffin<\/a> to pledge $10M<\/a> to Ambition Accelerated. Created through the Florida Council of 100, the campaign will advertise Florida\u2019s tax benefits and lighter business regulations to business leaders in northeastern and western U.S. cities.<\/p>\n Palantir did not immediately respond to a request for comment.<\/p>\n
