It paid $4.6 million.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h909122-p3\" class=\"permalinkable\">The previous owner, a Fort Myers LLC, paid $3.85 million for the property at 7431 Gladiolus Drive in 2017.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h909122-p4\" class=\"permalinkable\">According to CBRE, which announced the sale, the outpatient surgical facility is occupied by a single tenant, SCA Health Gladiolus Surgery Center, which has operated at the location for more than 23 years.<\/p>\n<p id=\"h909122-p5\" class=\"permalinkable\">CBRE\u2019s Adam Palmer represented Prime in the deal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Gladiolus Surgery Center, a medical office building in Fort Myers, has sold.
