SUNRISE, Fla. (CBS12) \u2014 Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band <\/a>will bring the Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour to Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise on April 23.<\/p>\n

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale at noon Friday at Seatgeek.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 20-date trek will begin March 31 in Minneapolis, the setting of Springsteen\u2019s anti-ICE protest song \u201cStreets of Minneapolis,\u201d released on Jan. 28.<\/p>\n

The tour is a continuation of Springsteen\u2019s 2025 European tour that produced the \u201cLand of Hope and Dreams\u201d EP, recorded live in Manchester, England.<\/p>\n

It marks the band\u2019s first North American tour since 2024 \u2014 he hasn\u2019t played South Florida since a 2023 concert at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, a memorably riveting show nearly three hours long.<\/p>\n

Springsteen announced the new tour with trademark candor: \u201cWe are living through dark, disturbing and dangerous times, but do not despair \u2014 the cavalry is coming!\u201d he says on his website. \u201cWe will be rocking your town in celebration and in defense of America \u2014 American democracy, American freedom, our American Constitution and our sacred American dream \u2014 all of which are under attack by our wannabe king and his rogue government in Washington, D.C. Everyone, regardless of where you stand or what you believe in, is welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n
