She is charged with practicing without a license, possession of a prescription drug with intent to sell, and misrepresenting a medical license.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, Maya\u2011Giraldo advertised <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/miami\/tag\/botox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" data-invalid-url-rewritten-http=\"\">Botox\u2011style injections <\/a>on social media. Health department officials checked state records and determined she does not have a license in Florida.<\/p>\n<p>During the investigation, an undercover investigator posed as a potential client.
