Florida East Coast Realty has announced that the City of Coral Gables has signed two new leases totaling nearly 10,500 square feet at 2020 Ponce, a 14-story, 130,000-square-foot Class A office condominium tower located in the heart of Coral Gables.<\/p>\n
The City will occupy 6,870 square feet on the 12th floor, along with 3,597 square feet on the ground floor of the building. The property was originally developed by Florida East Coast Realty and is positioned within the city\u2019s central business district.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis lease underscores the continued demand for high-quality office space in the heart of Coral Gables,\u201d said Austin Hollo, Chief Operating Officer of FECR. \u201cThe City\u2019s decision to locate at 2020 Ponce reflects the project\u2019s strong appeal to both public- and private-sector users.\u201d<\/p>\n
Currently, the final full-floor office opportunity remains available on the building\u2019s eighth floor. The space totals 16,424 square feet and includes a wraparound terrace offering unobstructed views of the Miami skyline. The floor is being marketed for lease or purchase by Savills, with Donna Abood and Peyton Dowd overseeing activity.<\/p>\n
