The number of passengers were down 2,623 from the 64,752 reported during January 2025 to 62,129 in January 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Relative to 2025, the Passenger Traffic Report\u00a0shows year-over-year passenger counts in January were up 4.9% for American Airlines and up 14.8% for the Delta Group. Impacting the numbers was the fact that Silver Airways ended service in June 2025. Jet Blue ended service in November 2024.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"522\" height=\"279\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Airport-Report.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-243379\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>The graph below shows the annualized number of passengers for the last 37-months. The highlighted numbers on the graph indicate the annual traffic during the month of November over the last four years.<\/p>\n<p>The annual rate of passengers at TIA in January 2026 \u2013 898,730 \u2013 is down 6.73% when compared to one year ago (963,554).
