Long term, however, the three-acre site carries significant redevelopment potential.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Located at 333 1st Street South, the property sits across from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rowdiessoccer.com\/al-lang-stadium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Al Lang Stadium<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thedali.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Dal\u00ed Museum<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/themahaffey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the Mahaffey Theater<\/a>, and just steps from Central Avenue and Beach Drive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The hotel was originally built in 1972 and renovated in 2014.
