(CBS12) \u2014 St. Lucie County deputies unearthed a trove of drugs, including cocaine and MDMA, alongside firearms, leading to the arrest of a 29-year-old man.<\/p>\n<p>The St. Lucie County Sheriff&#8217;s Office said that on Tuesday, detectives from the Special Investigations Division, accompanied by the SWAT Team, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1000 block of Sunrise Boulevard. <\/p>\n<p>See also: <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/news\/local\/detectives-seeing-decrease-in-fentanyl-in-martin-county\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Martin County sheriff\u2019s office reports less fentanyl, cocaine now most prevalent drug<\/a><\/p>\n<p>During their investigation, officers reported finding a significant amount of illegal substances, including:<\/p>\n<p>29.5 grams of powder cocaine 5.3 grams of MDMA (Ecstasy)263.7 grams of marijuana40 grams of MDPV (Methylenedioxypyrovalerone)<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the drugs, the sheriff&#8217;s office reported seizing several prescription pills, including Xanax, Adderall, and Oxycodone. <\/p>\n<p>It was reported that they also recovered firearms, including a .40-caliber Glock handgun and a 9mm handgun that did not have a serial number.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation led to the arrest of Loupson Ornis, who has been accused of Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Trafficking in Cocaine, Trafficking in MDPV, and Possession with Intent to sell a Schedule I Controlled Substance.
