(WCTV) &#8211; Florida State University\u2019s Board of Trustees voted to extend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2021\/05\/24\/richard-mccullough-approved-by-fsu-board-of-trustees-as-next-president-of-florida-state-university\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2021\/05\/24\/richard-mccullough-approved-by-fsu-board-of-trustees-as-next-president-of-florida-state-university\/\">President Richard McCullough\u2019s<\/a> contract by three years on Wednesday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">McCullough\u2019s term was set to end in August of this year, but has been extended to 2029. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Board of Governors recently changed regulations so trustees do not have to wait until the end of a term to renew.
