FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. \u2014 Two men are facing charges after Fort Lauderdale police said they sexually assaulted a 17-year-old boy at a city park on Monday.<\/p>\n
According to arrest documents obtained by Local 10 News on Wednesday, the victim said he got on a bus after leaving school and, when he arrived at the main bus terminal to change buses, he saw a man later identified as Leonard Allen taking photos of him.<\/p>\n
Authorities said the boy got on another bus and Allen, 56, of Fort Lauderdale, got on as well. Police said the two exited at Mills Pond Park, located at 2201 NW Ninth Ave. in the Lauderdale Manors neighborhood.<\/p>\n
According to the arrest report, the victim said he was walking on the trail and saw Allen and two other men nearby. Police said he told detectives that the trio \u201csurrounded him and brought him down the \u2018secret passageway\u2019\u201d to a \u201cmakeshift tent\u201d made of tarps.<\/p>\n
Police said Allen pulled the victim\u2019s pants down and performed oral sex on him and then had sex with another man, identified as Jack Martinez Rojas, in front of the teen. <\/p>\n
The report states that Martinez Rojas, 32, of Deerfield Beach, then performed oral sex on the victim. The victim told investigators he felt \u201cafraid\u201d but never voiced that feeling \u201cdue to the suspects\u2019 appearances,\u201d it states.<\/p>\n
Police later responded and detained Allen, Martinez Rojas and the third man. They said they determined that the third man did not engage in any activities with the victim and did not arrest him.<\/p>\n
Martinez Rojas denied having sex with anyone at the park, but claimed \u201che engaged in sexual activities with his immigration attorney two hours prior\u201d in Boynton Beach, authorities said.<\/p>\n
Police said Allen, listed in the report as having more than two dozen aliases, including \u201cBay Dog\u201d and \u201cKejlfus Lowe,\u201d confessed to having sex in the park but claimed he did not engage in any activities with the victim.<\/p>\n
According to the report, he told investigators that the park is a popular spot for public sex.<\/p>\n
Both men were arrested on charges of sexual battery on a victim aged 16 or 17. <\/p>\n
Broward Sheriff\u2019s Office records show the two remained jailed as of Wednesday evening: Allen on a parole violation and Martinez Rojas on an immigration hold.<\/p>\n
