ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.,\u2014 Landry\/French Construction has officially opened a new office in downtown St. Petersburg, marking a significant step in its strategic expansion into the Southeast. The full-service commercial construction firm, long established throughout the Northeast, is positioning itself to meet rising demand across Florida and neighboring states.<\/p>\n

To spearhead this regional growth, the company has appointed Scott Hutchison as Regional Executive Vice President for the Southeast. The move signals Landry\/French\u2019s commitment to building strong local leadership while expanding its operational capabilities in one of the country\u2019s fastest-growing construction markets.<\/p>\n

In his new role, Hutchison will oversee regional strategy, business development, operational performance, and team development across Florida and surrounding markets.<\/p>\n

Recent projects under Hutchison\u2019s leadership include ground-up cancer treatment centers and medical office buildings across Florida, along with high-profile commercial developments such as a luxury retail flagship in Miami and a major event center in Tampa. These experiences align with Landry\/French\u2019s focus on complex healthcare and commercial construction.<\/p>\n
