The sale establishes a new regional pricing benchmark for a condominium prior to construction.<\/p>\n<p>Valor Real Estate Development plans to break ground later this year on the 29-story tower at the corner of Fourth Avenue South and Fourth Street South.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the Roche Bobois St. Pete Tower, we are creating something iconic, and this sale represents confidence in what we are building,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/2023\/01\/04\/the-ceo-of-valor-capital-has-big-visions-for-projects-in-tampa-bay\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Moises Agami<\/a>, CEO of Valor Real Estate Development. \u201cWe are raising the bar in Tampa Bay.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Branded tower advances in downtown St. Petersburg<\/p>\n<p>The 164-unit tower is positioned as St. Petersburg\u2019s first designer-branded residential building and the first Roche Bobois-branded residential tower in the United States. The Paris-based furnishings brand is known for contemporary design and global retail showrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan Serhant and his firm, SERHANT. New Development is leading sales and marketing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs Roche Bobois\u2019 first branded residential tower in the U.S., this project is a milestone,\u201d Serhant said.<\/p>\n<p>Residences will range from studios to three-bedroom units and penthouses. Studios are priced from $544,500. The project also includes smart-home features and energy-efficient building systems.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities are planned to exceed 20,000 square feet and include a pool deck, fitness studio, spa facilities, sky lounges and a private owner\u2019s lounge.
