Williams, of the M. Ensemble, a theater company, are set to accept the award in the arts and culture category. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Dr. Herman Allen, a dental surgeon at the Medical Center in Lauderhill, is set to accept the award in the business and entrepreneurship category. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Henri W.
