Prosper Group, a Miami-based real estate firm led by Jay Roberts, has announced a joint venture with Belgium\u2019s Versluys Group, one of Europe\u2019s leading luxury property developers, to deliver a $650 million ultra-luxury waterfront residential tower on the Miami River in Brickell. The collaboration marks Versluys Group\u2019s official entry into the United States market.<\/p>\n
The development spans three prime parcels \u2013 99 SW 7th Street, 66 SW 6th Street, and 625 SW 1st Avenue \u2013 which Prosper Group is in contract to close next spring. The 60-story tower will feature 158 residences and boast over 300 feet of direct river frontage, with delivery anticipated for 2028<\/p>\n
