(WCTV) &#8211; A Tallahassee woman found guilty aggravated manslaughter in the death of her son was sentenced to 19 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/02\/04\/tallahassee-woman-found-guilty-fentanyl-poisoning-death-three-year-old-son\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/02\/04\/tallahassee-woman-found-guilty-fentanyl-poisoning-death-three-year-old-son\/\">Cameren Evans was found guilty<\/a> in February for the 2023 death of her three-year-old son, Enrique Evans. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Court records show the toddler died of \u201cfentanyl toxicity.\u201d <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Cameren Evans' mugshot.\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1772212567_204_ROX2DEYHH5HSTDNGTAUWJP3IBM.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" \/>Cameren Evans&#8217; mugshot.(Leon County Jail)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Testimony in Evans\u2019s trial went on for two days and saw her sister take the stand, saying that she had seen scales on the kitchen counter where Evans and the child lived. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | text-start article-text\">Evans\u2019s 19 year sentence will be followed by 20 years of probation.
