Three years after it was first announced<\/a>, Noble Tavern is finally open in St. Petersburg\u2019s Grand Central District.<\/p>\n

The cocktail bar and restaurant at the base of the Tru by Hilton at 1650 Central Ave. combines the concepts and atmosphere of Noble Crust and Fat Beet Farm Kitchen & Bakery. While Noble Crust focuses on Southern-Italian comfort food, the Tavern specializes in shareable plates in five categories: \u201cVeg + More, Sushi, Chicken, Seafood, and Beef + Pork.\u201d <\/p>\n

The menu from Executive Chef Allan Armstrong will change based on the Tampa-based Fat Beet Farm\u2019s seasonal ingredients and customer demand. <\/p>\n

Current menu items include broccolini and carrots with goat cheese, chili crunch, lemon and almonds; a steak sushi roll with filet, asparagus, cream cheese, shitake mushrooms, Korean BBQ sauce and spicy aioli; gulf snapper with gnocchi, chorizo, summer vegetables, blistered tomatoes and spicy sugo.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The concept was created by Noble Crust owners Jeff Strouse, TJ Theilbar, Tim Curci and Chris Sweeney in a joint venture with Anthony Menna president and owner of Menna Development & Management (MDM Inc.).<\/p>\n

Noble Tavern is open Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday from 4 p.m.-10 p.m. and Friday-Saturday from 4 p.m.-midnight. It\u2019s closed on Mondays. Check nobletavern.com for updates.<\/p>\n
