The Goleman Gators<\/a> will challenge the Hialeah Gardens Gladiators<\/a> at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Goleman is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they’ve averaged 8.8 runs per game this season.<\/p>\n Goleman managed to slip by Florida Christian the last time these teams faced off, but didn’t have those same answers this time around. The Gators came up short against the Patriots on Thursday, falling 16-1. The Gators have now taken an ‘L’ in back-to-back games.<\/p>\n Goleman saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Isabella Cardentey<\/a>, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one double. That double marked the first that Cardentey has hit this season.<\/p>\n The home team had won the previous three meetings between Hialeah Gardens and Miami Beach, and Hialeah Gardens kept the tradition alive. The Gladiators blew past the Hi-Tides 21-11 on Thursday. Considering the Gladiators have won four matchups by more than six runs this season, Thursday’s blowout was nothing new.<\/p>\n Hialeah Gardens got a massive performance out of Paola Figuera<\/a>, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Paris Halbran<\/a>, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one double.<\/p>\n Hialeah Gardens kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.<\/p>\n Hialeah Gardens’ victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Goleman, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 4-2.<\/p>\n The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Goleman has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 9.7 stolen bases per game. However, it’s not like Hialeah Gardens struggles in that department as they’ve been averaging 3.2 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.<\/p>\n Everything went Goleman’s way against Hialeah Gardens when the teams last played on February 10th, as Goleman made off with a 13-3 win.
