A home fit for even the most obsessive Disney fans has hit the market in the Orlando area.

Located at 10012 Hyperion Lane, the home appears unassuming from the curb, but inside boasts several magically themed rooms, including a replica of Walt Disney’s own office.

It’s tucked away in the Golden Oak community, an exclusive neighborhood located right inside Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista. You can’t get much closer to the Mouse than that.

The single-story home was built in 2019 and comes with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms with a total 6,276 total square feet of living space. It boasts rooms and decor themed after Disney classics including Snow White, The Little Mermaid and more. There’s also a hidden Mickey mosaic in the kitchen.

Previous owners Chris and Julie Christensen have confirmed the home office was modeled after the real office of Walt Disney, which was designed using photographs of the real thing.

The Snow White-themed guest house comes complete with dwarf statues, painted walls, the Magic Mirror and a woodland creature-filled bathroom. It can be accessed either via the main house’s patio or through the hidden bookshelf with a secret doorway inside the house.

Outside, the home’s own courtyard has a summer kitchen and resort-style pool that comes with a hot tub and a waterfall feature.

It’s listed for $10,450,000 and the agent handling the sale is Julie Christensen with One Luxury International. All photos via Realtor.
