TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Tallahassee residents are scrambling to move out of an apartment complex after being told just days ago they had to be out by March 2 because of safety concerns. <\/p>\n
Last week, residents at Terra Lake Heights Apartments<\/a> were notified that they had to pack up and move out after city crews found problems, including with the fire alarm and sprinkler systems.<\/p>\n The Tallahassee Fire Department told WCTV that after inspections, they found safety issues in all four buildings. <\/p>\n According to TFD, the property managers did not address those concerns. <\/p>\n More Tallahassee news:<\/p>\n Monday, people were loading up U-Hauls at Terra Lake Heights Apartments. <\/p>\n People like Angela Ambers are trying to figure out where to go next. She said she has six children, nowhere to go and no money for a U-Haul.<\/p>\n \u201cAs a parents, I\u2019m covering up a lot of emotions, but showing my kids we\u2019re strong and we got this,\u201d Ambers said. \u201cBut, deep down, inside I want to break down and cry.
