As South Florida braces for yet another spring break tourist deluge, here are 85 restaurants, bars and food trucks spanning Broward to Palm Beach counties waiting to serve them all with spotless kitchens.<\/p>\n

These \u201cgold-star\u201d eateries made the state list of perfect inspections because not one violation \u2014 minor, intermediate or high-priority \u2014 was red-flagged at the time of the surprise visit from Florida safety and sanitation inspectors. Inspections typically take place at random every six months to a year.<\/p>\n

In February, 45 Broward County restaurants and food trucks earned perfect scores. In Palm Beach County, 40 restaurants passed their inspections without a single incident.<\/p>\n

The Sun Sentinel has tallied them all up in an easy-to-read format below.<\/p>\n

NOTE: All restaurants and food trucks listed below have been sorted by city. Those without physical addresses on their Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation inspection reports<\/a> have been trimmed from the list. Food and drink concessionaires, professional caterers, HOA clubhouses, event planners \u2014 any purveyor that\u2019s not a public restaurant, food truck, flea market stall or food hall vendor \u2014 are also excluded from the roundup.<\/p>\n
