JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2014 Duval County Public Schools Police is investigating after \u201can unauthorized individual\u201d got onto a district bus and \u201ctouched a student on the knee.\u201d<\/p>\n
DCPS said the bus is operated by Student Transportation of America, one of its \u201ccontracted transportation vendors.\u201d The bus was on its way to Riverside High School.<\/p>\n
