(WCTV) &#8211; Governor Ron DeSantis announced an appointment to the First District Court of Appeal. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tallahassee judge Lance Neff will serve as a judge on the First District Court of Appeal, Gov. DeSantis <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Neff has served as a judge on the Second Judicial Circuit Court since 2023.
