{"id":176128,"date":"2026-03-03T09:57:05","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T09:57:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/176128\/"},"modified":"2026-03-03T09:57:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T09:57:05","slug":"seia-italian-restaurant-opens-atop-brickell-skyscraper","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/176128\/","title":{"rendered":"Seia Italian restaurant opens atop Brickell skyscraper"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>                <img class=\"responsive-image\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\"  alt=\"The main dining room at the italian restaurant Seia in Brickell.\" title=\"The main dining room at the italian restaurant Seia in Brickell.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>        The main dining room at the italian restaurant Seia in Brickell.<\/p>\n<p>                Jeanne Canto<\/p>\n<p>Miami\u2019s luxury dining scene is about to welcome a new Italian restaurant \u2014 on the 54th floor of a Brickell skyscraper.<\/p>\n<p>A collaboration between the OKO Group, a real estate and investment firm, and The Bastion Collection, the luxury hospitality group behind Michelin-starred restaurants L\u2019Atelier de Jo\u00ebl Robuchon and Le Jardinier, Seia sits atop 803 Brickell in downtown Miami, the sixth-tallest building in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Named for the Roman goddess of sowing seeds, the restaurant opens March 14, and its art isn\u2019t limited to the cuisine. Jeanne Canto                                                                                                                <\/p>\n<p>Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of OKO Group, believes Seia \u201csets a new benchmark, one designed to shape the future or urban destinations worldwide.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have introduced and exclusive experience that brings together world-class design, museum-quality art and exceptional gastronomy in one elevated setting,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant is elevated in more than one sense: the outdoor space overlooks Biscayne Bay, with stunning panoramic views of the water and the Miami skyline. Bastion Collection executive chef Salvatore Martone oversees the menu, while executive chef Alessandro Morrone oversees the kitchen, who both grew up in southern Italy.<\/p>\n<p>Diners can start their meals with antipasti: Grilled artichokes, roasted eggplant in tomato sauce, wagyu carpaccio, fried red shrimp with calamari or grilled octopus with yellow tomatoes,<\/p>\n<p>Pasta plays a starring role on the lunch and dinner menus, with bucatini cacio e pepe and rigatoni Bolognese as well as items like spaghetti with zucchini, penne ndjua (a spicy pork sausage) with a spicy Calabrian sauce and linguine alla vongole.
