Prices start at\u00a0$2.5\u00a0million.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The project was designed by Garcia\u00a0Stromberg,\u00a0and interiors\u00a0were\u00a0overseen\u00a0by Dan Fink Studio.\u00a0Residences come in\u00a0two-\u00a0or\u00a0three-bedroom\u00a0formats\u00a0with dens\u00a0and\u00a0range\u00a0from\u00a01,550 to\u00a03,480 square feet. There are also\u00a0six penthouses with\u00a0ceilings\u00a0up to 11 feet\u00a0high.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Each\u00a0condominium\u00a0has wide-plank, white-oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling sliding\u00a0doors\u00a0and terraces.
