TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Addition Financial Credit Union issued a statement Monday evening addressing the recent conversion of banking systems from Envision Credit Union, following challenges experienced by members that day.<\/p>\n
Monday marked \u201ca significant milestone\u201d for the credit union as it completed its systems conversion \u201cto fully welcome former Envision members into Addition Financial,\u201d President and CEO of Addition Financial Credit Union Kevin Miller wrote in the statement.<\/p>\n
However, Miller expressed that some South Georgia and North Florida members experienced challenges that day, \u201cand we understand that change can be frustrating \u2013 especially when it is something as important as accessing your money. For those that have experienced challenges online, over the phone or in a local branch, we sincerely apologize.”<\/p>\n
In the statement, the credit union president went on reveal that its phone system capacity was increased to reduce wait times and additional team members were in all branches to offer in-person assistance. <\/p>\n

\u201cOur online banking platform is functioning normally and is the easiest and quickest way to check balances and access any funds.
