This high-energy musical celebration features two showtimes at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and showcases two internationally acclaimed ukulele powerhouses: Them Uke Boys and Uke 66\n<\/p>\n<p>Get ready to strum, sing, and sip your way through an unforgettable evening of Irish-inspired fun, complete with special surprises and a grand finale featuring 8\u201312 beloved Irish favorites. The Alliance performances will primarily showcase Irish tunes mixed with original songs, creating a Celtic celebration unlike any other in Southwest Florida.\n<\/p>\n<p>While both acts are longtime friends and highly respected in the ukulele and acoustic music worlds, this marks the first time Them Uke Boys and Uke 66 are teaming up and touring together. Winners of the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Award for Outstanding Cover Band, this fearless quartet reimagines the world\u2019s biggest songs on some of the world\u2019s smallest instruments.\n<\/p>\n<p>Their genre-spanning setlist jumps from Queen to ELO, from Jimmy Eat World to Pink Floyd\u2014delivered with infectious energy, tight harmonies, and playful humor. With extensive touring experience from Los Angeles to Memphis, the band has built a national following and will appear at the Sarasota, Naples, and Clearwater festivals this March 2026.\n<\/p>\n<p>Band members include Patrick Conrad \u2013 Tenor Ukulele, Jonathan Knobbe \u2013 Bass Ukulele, Daniel Butler \u2013 Acoustic Guitar and Mark Winkelbauer \u2013 Percussion.<br \/>Fun, funny, and a little fearless, Them Uke Boys deliver a show packed with musical charm and high-spirited chaos, in the very best way.\n<\/p>\n<p>Uke 66 <\/p>\n<p>Uke 66, an international award-winning ukulele duo based in Springfield, Missouri, was formed in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Rick and Karen Maxson. Named in homage to Route 66, the duo blends jazz, swing, Hawaiian melodies, original compositions, and cross-genre covers into a polished and engaging performance style.\n<\/p>\n<p>Rick Maxson won the open division of the International Ukulele Contest in Honolulu in 2019, where his original song \u201cHedgehog Caf\u00e9\u201d also earned Best Original Composition. In 2020, the duo captured the contest\u2019s group division title.\n<\/p>\n<p>As touring performers for the Missouri Arts Council and certified educators, Rick and Karen are known for lively, professionally delivered performances grounded in strong musicianship and pedagogy. They have entertained audiences across the Midwest, East and West Coasts, Hawaii, Mexico, and Japan.\n<\/p>\n<p>Joining Uke 66 for this special Irish celebration is multi-instrumentalist Jesse Owsley\u2014known as \u201cUncle\u201d Jesse\u2014whose four-decade career spans Celtic rock, jazz, big band, and musical theater.
