On March 2, 2026, Stuart police say Fernando C. Gutierrez Aguilar was arrested in a residential neighborhood for his second DUI in 52 days, underscoring the department\u2019s continued effort to crack down on impaired driving. (SPD)<\/p>\n

A Stuart <\/a>man was arrested twice in less than two months for driving under the influence, according to the Stuart Police Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Police say Fernando C. Gutierrez Aguilar was taken into custody early Monday morning after officers found him impaired while driving through a residential neighborhood. <\/p>\n

This incident closely mirrors his arrest in January, police say, when he was also found behind the wheel while impaired in a neighborhood.<\/p>\n
