Designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kristahome\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Krista Watterworth Alterman<\/a>, founder and creative director of <a href=\"https:\/\/kristahome.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Krista + Home<\/a> (the luxury interior design division of Vesta Home), the residence unfolds as a serene counterpoint to the couple\u2019s high-energy public lives. At its core, the project was about creating an environment that allows life to slow and settle. Sun-washed neutrals, tactile natural materials, and sculptural forms set a calm, grounding tone, while arched windows and expansive glass draw the surrounding water and greenery into everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>            <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mb-[6px]\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2__2025_KH_WilliamsLott2908.jpeg\" width=\"5792\" height=\"8109\" alt=\"2__2025_KH_WilliamsLott2908\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The contemporary structure, defined by clean lines, metal railings, and expansive glazing, was intentionally softened. \u201cThe challenge consisted in transforming the modern architecture without gutting the structure, balancing the existing features with a new serene aesthetic,\u201d Alterman explains. Curved silhouettes, artisanal finishes, and layered lighting bring warmth and quiet depth to the space, replacing sharpness with flow. Throughout the home, organic elements\u2014natural woods, leathered stone, reeded tile, river rock floors, and textured linens\u2014create a sensory experience that feels grounded rather than glossy, refined yet deeply livable.<\/p>\n<p>            <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"mb-[6px]\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/6__2025_KH_WilliamsLott3499.jpeg\" width=\"1707\" height=\"2560\" alt=\"6__2025_KH_WilliamsLott3499\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Wellness sits at the heart of the design. Inspired by slow-living philosophies, boutique spa environments, and coastal minimalism, the palette of warm sand tones and soft whites moves seamlessly from room to room, encouraging rest and ritual. The kitchen and dining spaces were conceived for daily nourishment and connection, while the primary suite reads as a cocoon, anchored by a Japanese soaking tub and spalike bath designed for restoration. Personal moments bring the home fully to life: a custom gaming lounge with illuminated Pok\u00e9mon displays for Leonard, a tea-and-ice-cream bar tucked into Hailey\u2019s suite, and a kitchen outfitted with a dry-ager for sushi ritual nights.
